Our College Story

St Gregory’s College Campbelltown is a Catholic, co-educational (K-6 co-ed. & 7-12 boys only) school which was founded in 1926 by the Marist Brothers. The College is governed by Marist Schools Australia Limited. The College has its origins in the vision of Saint Marcellin Champagnat, a Catholic priest in the 19th Century from rural France, who dedicated his adult life to the education of children in need of coming to know Jesus through Mary. This Marist community lives out the mission of Saint Marcellin by providing day and boarding students from the Macarthur and surrounding metropolitan areas, and from rural areas across Australia, educational experiences which bring our students closer to God.
